Wonder Man's Ionic Control
In Simon's solo series, he learned to tap into his ionic energy like never before, and attained a high level of control over it. He didn't do much with this ability after the solo series was over, but due to the fact that he did retain natural flight, he must still know how to control the energy, and thus these abilities are still possible for him. Also, his often forgotten formidable fighting skill is displayed, as well as his superspeed.

Wonder Man #15
This is a taste of Wonder Man going all out. His energies were unstable and he was a savage war machine. This is almost the entire issue, minus a few pages at the end showing some aftermath introspection. |
Ionic Growth
During the solo series, he was able to tap into his ionic energy to grow, similar to Goliath. |

Ionic Blasts
During the solo series, he was able to tap into the ionic energy for offensive attacks. However, he has used eye blasts on occasion outside the solo series, as well. |
Shape-Shifting
During the solo series, he displayed the ability to change his form after learning that he is an energy being that only takes the form of a human because that is how he thinks of himself. It should be noted that shape-shifting seems to affect his strength level.

Superspeed
He has always had superspeed, but almost everyone seems to forget about it. |
Fighting Skill
Aside from natural skill he was created with, he learned to fight over time, and even learned martial arts under Captain America.
